PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a sheet made of a wild silk yarn capable of effectively utilizing a rare wild silkworm cocoon and used as a raw material for textile products by utilizing a cocoon filament of the wild silkworm which is difficult to reel and to provide a method for producing the sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet 10 made of a wild silk yarn comprises fibrils 36 prepared by dividing fibroins 32 of the cocoon filament 30 obtained by discharging the filament 30 from the wild silkworm into sections in the longitudinal direction of the filament 30 and is produced by a method for producing the sheet 10 comprising a degumming step for removing sericin 34 from the cocoon filament 30 of the wild silkworm, a beating step for beating the fibroins 32 and a sheet-forming step for forming the fibrils 36 into the sheetlike shape. Since the fibrils 36 are fine, the thin sheet 10 made of the wild silk yarn can be produced.
