PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky type tilling tractor capable of shortening the whole length of a machine body by 30% to 50% in comparison with a conventional rear mount type tilling tractor, making a small turn in rotation in a field, performing a ready operation with high safety, reducing an overhang backward, keeping an excellent longitudinal position balance without providing a balance weight, maintaining safety even in a quick start, letting an operator have ready and certain operation monitor and securing safer operation. SOLUTION: In this sulky type tractor for driving front wheels 3 or the front wheels 3 and rear wheels 4, a tillage working machine 11 is installed between the front wheels 3 and the rear wheels 4 at a lower part 10 of the machine body.
