摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device having a driving circuit isolated from the pixel range by sealant is provided to improve performance of the driving circuit by reducing parasitic capacitance between bus lines and electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel is composed of a lower substrate(10) and an upper substrate. The pixel range(40) having pixel electrodes and TFT(thin film transistor) and a driving circuit(50) are formed in the lower substrate, and a facing electrode for generating the electric field is formed in the upper substrate. A sealant(70) is formed around the lower substrate to seal liquid crystal, and the driving circuit is placed out of the sealant. The sealant assembles the upper substrate with the lower substrate, and surrounds the pixel range with isolating the driving circuit. The parasitic capacitance between bus lines and facing electrodes is reduced with injecting liquid crystal to the pixel range surrounded by the sealant without filling liquid crystal between the driving circuit and the facing electrode.
