The invention pertains to the area of prospecting for and forecasting productivity of hydrocarbon deposits and fields, including the early and the late stages of development of oil resources, and can be used in industrial conditions in any geological settings as a multi-purpose express-testing of wells in the process of drilling for all kinds of search and prospect task as they may be set. The essence of the invention is based on biogeochemical testing, which is carried out simultaneously at the stage of drilling shallow wells an/or in deep drilling in a definite stratigraphic division, the choice depending on the task set for boring, a respective test interval unaffected by any technogenic and natural factors, and taking into consideration a biogeochemical barrier, with step-sampling of rocks, and conducting analytical study of high molecular compounds concentration (TC) of protein nature in them, their sorption activity index, a steady excess of the TC standard deviation values in comparison with the background in a respective stratigraphic division and other biogeochemical factors. |
