PURPOSE: A corrugated cardboard forming apparatus is provided to improve the productivity, to reduce manufacturing costs and to reduce an installing space by producing various kinds of corrugated cardboard with the single corrugated cardboard forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming a corrugated cardboard contains a main body(12) having a corrugated medium paper forming chamber(54) and an air supplying chamber(46); a roller cartridge for forming corrugations(14) to be inserted in the corrugated medium paper forming chamber; a roller assembly for spreading glue to be inserted in the air supplying chamber; and a position arranging device to arrange the roller cartridge in an exact corrugation forming position inside the corrugated medium paper forming chamber. The roller cartridge is moved and replaced by loading through a first guide rail(26) on a base(22). Various kinds of corrugated cardboard are produced by replacing only the roller cartridge. Thereby, the productivity is improved and the installing space is reduced. |
