PURPOSE: Provided are extracts derived from Pueraria mirifica, Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii; extraction methods thereof; foods, beverages, pharmaceutical products and/or cosmetics containing the extracts as an active ingredient; and manufacturing method thereof. The products made from the extracts containing higher concentration of isoflavone considerably increase a resilience and gloss of skin at its application in human body. CONSTITUTION: The extract of Pueraria mirifica, Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii is prepared by drying rootstock, roots, stems, leaves and callus by tissue culture of the plants in an oven of which temperature and time are adjustable at 40-90deg.C for 2-9hr and pulverizing the dried plants, extracting the powdered plants in 500ml of a mixed solution of methanol and water in a ratio of 80:20 as a solvent at 50deg.C for 6hr, filtrating and vacuum concentrating the extracted material to remove the solvent and then spray, freeze or vacuum drying the resulting extracts. The extracts also include calcium mineral or high calcium organic matter. The foods, beverages, pharmaceutical products and/or cosmetics containing the extracts can be produced by mixing 0.1-100% of the prepared extracts of Pueraria mirifica, Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii with 0.1-99.9% of base, a diluent, additives, dyeing agent, an activator, surfactant, moisturizing agent or an antiaging agent. |
