摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an alloy using a hydrogen compound is provided in which there is no need to worry about oxidation of metal by preparing a direct reduction environment, amorphous or metastable phase alloy is easily manufactured by transfer of atom short-range of hydrogen storage alloys which is occurred during the hydrogen emission and absorption process, and a particle size of alloy powder can be decreased by using metal hydrides having very strong embrittlement, thereby easily crushing the alloy powder. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an alloy using a hydrogen compound is characterized in that a metastable phase alloy is manufactured at a lower temperature than a fusion point under the reduction environment by hydrogenation treatment milling metal hydride (MHx) powder and reaction metal (A) powder having a weak binding force with hydrogen, wherein the metal hydride (MHx) are one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of TiH2, ZrH2, LiH2, LaH2, MgH2, VH2, BeH2, CaH2, GdH2, CeH2, ErH2, PdH2, TiFeH2, ZrNiH2 and MgNiH2, and the reaction metal (A) are one or more metals selected from the group consisting of Fe, Ni, Co, Cr, V, Mn, Zn, Cu, Ag, Au, Al, Si and Ge.
