WINDING METHOD OF STATOR COIL FOR MOTOR AND WINDING BODY MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A winding method of a stator coil for a motor and a winding body manufactured by the winding method are provided to obtain a stable coil winding body for a stator and to reduce the labor and time needed for winding by accomplishing the winding by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A winding drum(10) is constituted with a cylindrical shape having a diameter which is equal to the inner diameter of a stator. Twelve cutting recesses(11) have uniform angles by a predetermined length from both ends. Hanging pins(12) are formed in the cutting recesses(11). Coils are wound by using the hanging pins(12) of the both ends of the winding drum(10). After one coil is wound on the periphery of the winding drum(10), the other two coils are wound in turn. The three coils can be wound at once.
