The dispenser consists of a 1m open-ended tube (1) set at an angle on a rod (2) which can slide inside a hollow support (3) mounted on a wheeled base (4, 5). The support (3) and base sections (16, 17) are of round or square-section tubing and can be dismantled for transport, and the tube (1) has caps (8, 11) to cover its two open ends (6, 9) when not in use. Once the height of the tube has been set by sliding the rod in the support it is fixed by a wingnut (15 Bis). |
