PURPOSE: A vehicle having a separable seat belt is provided to prevent a seat belt webbing from being hung upon folding a seat belt by separating a lower anchor part upon loading or unloading a burden. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt of a vehicle comprises a retractor(30) made up by combining a tongue plate(31) having a fixing lower anchor function and a tongue plate(32) having a connecting function to a belt; a first buckle(41) for combining and separating the tongue plate(31); and a second buckle(42) for combining and separating the tongue plate(32). Upon pulling over the center of a rear seat, the tongue plates(31,32) are all released and wound up around a rear end of the rear seat. When a seat belt(10) is used for a passenger, the tongue plates attached to the retractor are combined with the first and second buckles respectively. Accordingly, the seat belt is not hung upon pulling over the seat so that a burden is effectively loaded or unloaded.
