DEVICE FOR MOLDING NON-PLATE SHAPED METAL PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A molding device for the non-plate shaped metal product is provided to enhance productivity with a high material recovering rate and a simple process and to increase mechanical property and durability using cheap materials such as a cast billet. CONSTITUTION: An assembly type die (2) is divided into more than one upper die and one lower die. A molding chamber (4) is formed in the die according to the shape of a product. A material drawing portion (6) is vertically extended to the molding chamber and a pressurizing stand (8) is lifted in the material drawing portion. The material drawing portion is formed in the upper die but in the center in case of a symmetrical product. In case of asymmetrical product, the diameter of the material drawing portion is shorter than a material (10) for erectly supplying the material. Furthermore, the die additionally adds hydraulic units (12,14) or clamping devices to be prevented from widening between the upper die and the lower die with a prevention sill (16). A discharge passage (18) is formed in the end portion of the molding chamber to discharge air or surplus materials.
