PURPOSE: A low output laser therapy is provided which is cost effective and maximizes its convenience and of which therapeutic effect is thus applied to various fields. And its control method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The low output laser therapy is characterized by comprising followings: a control part(15) controlling each parts by control parameter that is set up according to selected therapy mode, time, and program; a switch part(11) supplying electric power that is proper to laser to be output by a control signal of the control part; a constant current part(12) outputting constant current according to the electric power that is supplied from the switch part; a laser output part(13) generating laser by inputting the constant current from the constant current part; and a display part(17) displaying time, mode and the like according to a display signal from the control part.
