PURPOSE: A separable handle is provided to improve the convenience of use and the durability of a cooking device by readily separating and attaching the handle by a connector and resilient force. CONSTITUTION: A separable handle for a cooking device comprises a flange(40) prepared with plural combining holes(39) to be connected with a cooking unit(5); a connector(30) having a thin connecting groove(41) for connecting a resilient body(32) and a fixing protrusion(42) fixed with a short sill(38) of a main body(31); the main body(31) prepared with an insertion groove(37) for accepting the resilient body and plural short sills(38); and a cap for contracting and relaxing the resilient body by fixing a wire(35) penetrating through the main body. The resilient body is accepted up to a lower face of the insertion groove. In this state, the main body is inserted in the connector and the short sill and a hanging protrusion(42) are mutually adhered so that the movement of the main body is avoided. Upon removing tension force given to a cap(34), the resilient body is relaxed and settled in a connecting groove(41). Thus, the dislocation of he main body and the connector is prevented.
