EDGE CUTTER OF VINYL SPRAYED ON STAINLESS STRIP

PURPOSE: An edge cutter of a vinyl for being sprayed on a stainless strip is provided to cut the vinyl and the strip by automatically widths of the strip and the vinyl without establishing cutting position. CONSTITUTION: An edge cutting device of a vinyl comprises a vinyl unwinder unit(250) releasing rolled vinyl; a pair of vinyl cutting units(220) formed on both sides of a released vinyl to cut an edge identified with width of a strip; a pair of forward and backward driving units(230) moving the vinyl cutting unit toward cutting position or a standby position; a lower portion of an adherence guide pressure(240) pressing the cut vinyl and coating to a guided strip; a cutting knife(221) formed on the vinyl cutting unit; and a strip detecting sensor(236) placing the cutting knife to a right upper direction of the both ends of the strip. The cutting knife cuts a vinyl edge to identify widths of the vinyl and the strip.
