METHOD FOR INFORMING OF POSITION OF MOBILE STATION

PURPOSE: A method for informing of the current position of a mobile station is provided to output a position where a user is located at by using a GPS(Global Positioning System) according to the operation of the user. CONSTITUTION: A base station receives information of the current position thereof from the GPS, and transmits the information to mobile stations registered therein(S102). A mobile station converts a received global position data into an administrative district data, and displays the converted data(S103). The global position data are transmitted again whenever a given time is lapsed through a synchronizing channel between the base station and the mobile station(S105). The receiver can see the received administrative district data after confirming a password preset by the user.
