PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise equipment of the whole body including the waist as well as arms and legs, which can be used at home easily to prevent geriatric diseases and promote physical health. CONSTITUTION: The exercise equipment comprises a fixing axis welded to a main body(2), a rotary axis rod(14) connected with a couple of stools and inserted into the fixing axis, a support rod(8) rotatably installed at a square fixing body(6) fixed at the front face of the rotary axis rod, rotary gears meshed with the rotary axis rod and the support rod respectively, and a ground rod(38) welded to the front face of a connecting plate(28) of the stool and be adjacent to a rubber tube body(20) of a fixing rod(24) melded to the rear part of the square fixing body. When the stools are stepped on, the rotary axis rod and the support rod are rotated in the opposite direction respectively.
