INSTALLING STRUCTURE OF UPPER FURNACE ON CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: Provided is an installing structure of the upper furnace on a circular knitting machine which is characterized by easily disassembling and assembling the upper furnace and reducing working hours. CONSTITUTION: The installing structure of the upper furnace is comprised of: the upper and the lower pinions(30)(40) fixed to the upper and the lower parts of a driving shaft(20); the upper gear(60) connected with the upper part of a main shaft(50) and fitted in the upper pinion(30); a support(80) of the upper furnace which is fixed to the lower part of the main shaft(50) supporting the upper furnace(70); and a gear ring(110) set on a support(100) of the lower furnace supporting the lower furnace(90) and fitted in the lower pinion(40). The support(80) of the upper furnace is unified on the lower part of the main shaft(50). The upper furnace(70) is fixed to one side of the support(80) with a bolt(120) joint.
