PURPOSE: A direct transaction system is provided to give a profit to a producer and a consumer by directly supplying commodities to a consumer and setting a demanding quantity and buying/selling price between a producer and a consumer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of terminals(10-12) are provided for paying purchasing amount by an electronic money or a credit card. A main server(20) is connected to the plurality of terminals(10-12) and manages a registration information, buying/selling information and operation of the terminals(10-12). A registration database(22) is connected to the main server(20) and stores a registration information with respect to the sold commodities. A purchasing database(24) is connected to the main server(20) and stores a purchasing information of a user. A direct transacting database(32) stores information with respect to all commodities bought and sold by direct transacting. A producer database(34) stores general information with respect to a producer performing a direct transacting. A direct transacting market place database(36) stores information with respect to a direct transacting market place formed by a producer and a consumer. An information offering server(30) is connected to the main server(20) and manages the databases(32, 34, 36).
