METHOD FOR PRECISELY MACHINING ROUTER OF PCB SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A method for precisely machining a router of a PCB substrate is provided to minimize the shaking and the vibration when the PCB substrate is machined by precisely fixing a reinforcing resin rear plate to a flat plate fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A flat plate fixing member has a roller pin fixing hole(8) on one side thereof, and a roller pin fixing slot(9) on the other side thereof. The flat plate fixing member is fixed to an X-Y working table(3) by a roller pin(10). A PCB substrate is machined during the router drill machining. A reinforcing resin rear plate(11), a thin film(13), and a PCB substrate(15) are precisely fixed through a roller pin(14) to minimize the shaking and the vibration of the PCB substrate during the router drill machining.
