PURPOSE: A zeolite roasting plate and a producing method thereof are provided to make the flesh of meat soft by a far infrared ray effect, to save a cooking time, to keep heat for a long time, to prevent the meat from being stuck and to avoid smoke. CONSTITUTION: A raw zeolite ore is crushed in a crushing step(S1). The crushed zeolite powder is mixed up with Sanchung heat resisting clay and Sanchung kaolin and then kneaded with water in a mixing and kneading step(S2). The mixture is put in a molder to form a shape in a molding step(S3). The molded dough is forged with high pressure in a forging step(S4) and naturally dried at an ordinary temperature in a drying step(S5). The material is bisque-fired in a bisque fire step(S6). The surface of the material is processed by painting a glaze in a surface processing step(S7) and secondly fired in a second fire step(S8). Accordingly, the flesh of meat is softened and cooking time is saved.
