A system to control and adjust color and intensity of the Light produced by external natural or artificial sources and conducted to a site through an input gate (window ), as per choice of occupant or third party or automatic programmed schedule (expert database ), and by creating filtration on whole or part of the spectrum or array of the visible or invisible light. System separates the unwanted wave length, heat or radiation and allo ws desired portion to enter or exit the site.
