摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device capable of more reducing the power consumption without lowering the flow rate measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: When a measurement termination means 14a-1 detects a state no gas is flowing in a gas flow path 10 continuously for over a specified time period based on a measured physical quantity by a measuring means 100, measurement of the physical quantity by the measuring means 100 is terminated supposing a no-using state of the gas. If the pressure lowers to a specified value or less due to the use of gas, then the lowering of the pressure below a specified value is detected by a detection switch, which is detected by a detection switch 16 to turn on and off so as to detected use of gas. According to the ON and OFF of the detection switch 16, a measurement restart means 14a-2 restarts the measurement of physical quantity with a measurement means 100.
