METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLOTTING POLYGON FOR PROVIDING Z BUFFER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a Z value at high speed without using division when plotting a polygon while using a Z buffer. SOLUTION: Coordinate transformation of the apex of the polygon is performed and a contour is plotted on a work. Plotting of the polygon is performed on a frame buffer and the Z buffer while generating the Z value by referring to this work. The Z value is generated by calculating a representative point back from the equation of a plane and adding a differential.
