PURPOSE: A call processing method of a wireless local loop terminal is provided to reduce a service operation expense of a service provider and predict and control a communication amount by performing a call processing by restricting mobility of a wireless local loop(WLL) terminal in WLL adopting a call processing protocol of a CDMA system. CONSTITUTION: When a WLL terminal initiates a call processing procedure, a base station performs call processing that a pilot channel, a synchronous channel, a call channel, an access channel and a speech channel are sequentially processed(S601¯S606). At this time, the base station compares subscriber information, location information and distance information transmitted from a WLL terminal with previously stored information to determine whether a call is connected to the WLL terminal or completes the call. That is, upon receipt of the subscriber information from the WLL terminal, before establishing a speech channel, the base station compares the first received subscriber information with the previously registered subscriber information, and if the location and the distance of the WLL terminal has not been changed, the base station connects the call, while, if the location or the distance of the WLL terminal has been changed, the base station does not connected the call and transmits a corresponding message to the WLL terminal. Meanwhile, in case that the WLL terminal moves to a new area beyond the base station registered at the initial service request, subscriber information is newly registered in a base station which provides a service to the corresponding area, and the subscriber information of the previous base station is deleted. for this purpose, a service provider modifies an NAM program of the WLL terminal and updates the new subscriber information and information on the location and the distance when the base station is changed according to the movement of the WLL terminal. |
