POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE OF SEWING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE: To reduce the oscillation and noise of transmission part by using timing pulleys and a timing belt as a driving force transmitting means from the main axis of a sewing machine to its subordinate axis. CONSTITUTION: In the power transmission device of the sewing machine, the main axis 40 of the sewing machine to be rotate-driven by a prescribed driving source and the subordinate shaft (an upper shaft 30 e.g.) whose axis line is at a torsion position to that of the axis 40 can be rotate-transmitted by the timing pulleys 34, 42 fixed onto the respective axes and the timing belt 44 set between both of these pulleys.
