PURPOSE: A reduction device for an automatic gain control is provided to supply the efficiency of the high reduction by reducing the size of two complementary signals regularly by installing only one reducer between two complementary signals of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A reduction device for an automatic gain control includes the first differential amplifying instrument(11), a reduction instrument(15) and the second differential amplifying instrument. The first differential amplifying instrument(11) has the size in proportion to the difference of each signal size by that many input signals are conveyed and generates and outputs the complementary signals same as each other in the size and different from each other in the phase. The complementary signals are conveyed to the reducing instrument(15) and the reduction instrument(15) generates and outputs many reduction signals reduced with the same size. The reduction signals are conveyed to the second differential amplifying instrument(21) and the second differential amplifying instrument(21) generates and outputs the output signals with the size in proportion to the difference of each signal size by the reduction signals are conveyed.
