PURPOSE: Provided is wet joint sealing mortar which can solve the problems of conventional joint sealing mortar such as whitening, water permeation into the joint sealing area, respiratory disease and bad working condition due to its dust, inconvenient operation condition and the like. CONSTITUTION: A wet joint sealing mortar combined with acryl base polymer, which has water repellent properties without causing whitening effect, is characterized by consisting of: 40.00-60.00 wt% of silica sand(mineral minute aggregate), 20.00-50.00 wt% of color pigment, 1.00-8.00 wt% of sepiolite or calcium silicate, 10.00-20.00 wt% of acryl silicone synthetic resin, 0.05-1.00 wt% of hydroxy propylethyl cellulose, and 0.02-1.00 wt% of dispersion agent.
