PURPOSE: The system and method for approving and paying a credit card using a wireless communication network are provided to perform a commercial transaction easily without a paying system using a wire network by using a cellular phone terminal capable of a wireless data communication. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication terminal(100) is capable of a wireless data communication. A base station(200) receives a voice or non-voice request signal from the wireless communication terminal(100) and assigns channels. Additionally, the base station(200) receives packet data on a credit card inputted by an assigned channel and outputs the data. A server system(300) receives an information output signal of a credit card from the base station(200), outputs the signal to a corresponding card company, and requests an approval of a credit card. A credit card van(330) included in the server system(300) sends an approval code. Networks of each card company(400) connected to the server system(300) respectively send an approval information through the credit card van(330) and receive a paying information through the wireless communication terminal(100).
