INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER OF CONDENSED GAS BOILER

PURPOSE: An integrated heat exchanger is provided to miniaturize a heat exchanger by integrating the heat exchanger and to improve thermal efficiency by simultaneously absorbing the sensible heat of combustion exhaust air and latent heat. CONSTITUTION: An integrated heat exchanger consists of a gas burner(10) installed in a boiler body; a main heat exchange unit for absorbing the sensible heat of combustion exhaust air generated by burning the gas burner; and a sub-heat exchange unit for absorbing the latent heat of the combustion exhaust air refrigerated via the main heat exchange unit. Herein, each inlet hole and discharge hole(24) is prepared in a condensed gas boiler. Plural water flow plates(14) prepared with a chamber for guiding supplied water to the discharge hole are connected with each other. A heat transfer plate is installed between the plural water flow plates. Accordingly, the sensible heat and the latent heat are absorbed at the same time.
