PURPOSE: A shaft for sticking a brush is provided to grind efficiently by regulating pressure between the brush and a material, and to replace the brush by disassembling cover members in fixed state of the shaft. CONSTITUTION: Shaft supporting units(10a,10b) are installed in both edges of a shaft(104) to slide up and down, and a motor(11) is driven by a sensor(17) installed in the shaft supporting unit. A brush(108) grinds a material with regular pressure by rotating screw rods(12a,12b) and by sliding shaft supporting units up and down in driving a motor. A cover plate(19) having a handle(20) is installed in the shaft supporting unit(10a), and attached to a supporting rod sticking plate(21) and a bracket(18). The brush is replaced through a through-hole(22) in the supporting rod sticking plate and the bracket by disassembling the cover plate.
