PURPOSE: A removing method of heavy metal using potassium-rich feldspar is provided, which can remove heavy metal in contaminated soil or water by just spraying the treated powder of potassium-rich feldspar, the potassium-rich feldspar emitting a high efficient far-infrared ray having a radiation rate of 0.92-0.93 and a radiation energy of 3.73 times 10¬2(W/m¬2) at 40deg.C. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) heating raw rock of potassium-rich feldspar at 40deg.C at which has a radiation rate of more than 0.92 and shows maximum radiation strength in a wave range of 5-20μm; (ii) crushing the raw rock into 50-2000mesh to make powder; and (iii) spraying this powder to contaminated soil or water to remove heavy metal.
