PURPOSE: A portable vermin exterminating apparatus is provided, which can be easily used in field since it is portable and needs no supplement of electric power. CONSTITUTION: The portable vermin exterminating apparatus consists of a main body; multiple solar cells which generate an electric power by using sun light and are located in the main body; a battery which stores the electric power generated by the multiple solar cells and provides with the electric power in order for an ultrasonic generator to produce ultrasonic wave; and an ultrasonic generator which generates ultrasonic wave to exterminate the vermin, in which a diode is located between multiple solar cells and battery in order to prevent from back flow of electric powder from battery to solar cells, and the ultrasonic generator consists of an oscillator, an amplifier, and speaker.
