PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable flexible data retrieval and simple data management by preserving respective data, which compose consultation record information, without structuring them. SOLUTION: When consultation record information is inputted by an input means 131, the consultation record information is analyzed by a non-structuring means 121, decomposed into respective data individually having meaning and non-structured by hiding the relation of data inside the data, non-structured data are transmitted to a storage means 111 and in the storage means 111, the non-structured data are stored by a schemer having a single structure. When the non-structured data are retrieved from the storage means 111 by a retrieving means 122, the non-structured data are inputted by a structuring means 123, the data are structured by analyzing the hidden relation of respective data inside the data, the consultation information is restored, and the restored consultation information is outputted by an output means 141. |
