PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating-out delivery call center system which can prevent the occurrence of such a case that cooking timing is delayed due to an unnotified ordering facsimile message and affair is complicated due to orders inputted to a kitchen from a handy terminal for instructing cooking. SOLUTION: A call center 1 accepts a delivery from a customer 20 by means of a client PC 2 and outputs received information of order to a DB 3. A date server 4 transmits ordered data to a specific shop 10 based on the data stored in the DB 3. The DB 3 is composed of a basic customer information DB 3a storing basic information on customers, a shop information DB 3b storing information on shops, and a commodity information DB 3c storing information on commodities. At the shop 10, the ordered data are received by means of a POS 11 and sent to an OES 18 through an OES controller 13. At the OES 18, a bill 16 is printed out from a kitchen printer 15 and delivered to the customer 20 together with cooking. When the customer 20 pays, the transaction is completed. |
