<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of lifting work of an apparatus for winding optical cable to the top of tower and transfer work to the tower. SOLUTION: A counter weight 91 is mounted to a hinge 92 turnably in the vertical direction. A right-angle condition holding means 96 for holding the counter weight 91 almost in the right-angle to the body frame longitudinal direction, and a parallel condition holding means 48 for holding the counter weight 91 almost in the parallel condition to the body frame longitudinal direction by turning the weight in the upper direction as indicated with a dot-chain line, are provided. On the occasion of the work for lifting an optical cable winding apparatus 21 to the top of tower and for transfer to the tower, when the counter weight 91 is held is the parallel condition to the body frame longitudinal direction, apparatus height is reduced and apparatus gravity is closed to the center of apparatus. Therefore, there is a little fear for contact of the counter weight 91 to the tower and stringing ground wire and working efficiency can be improved distinctively. Since it is no longer required to load and unload the counter weight 91 at the high-level area, these is no risk for dropping of the parts.</p> |
