<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption controlling method capable of improving the operability of processing requiring no key input in an information processor capable of turning off display when there is no key input for a fixed time. SOLUTION: The information processor is provided with a display off-setting means 101, a display on/off judging means 102, an input detection means 103, a CPU current consumption monitoring means 104, a display on/off control means 105, and a display means 106. The means 102 always monitors whether there is an input or not by the means 103, monitors whether a CPU is in processing or not by the means 104 and judges the on/off of the display on the basis of the information of the means 101.</p> |
