PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recommending method by which the defect of the conventional method can be corrected that the method is not able to make such an information offer that considers the intention of an information provider and the topic, freshness, etc., of the information by selecting the information based only on a keyword vector fetched from a user profile and the information. SOLUTION: Of the matched results between a user profile and the keyword vector of information, the information having the higher degree of recommendation provided from an information introducer is presented to a user.
