PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ACC circuit characterized by having effect of not greatly enhancing noise greatly, even if the burst level becomes small. SOLUTION: In this ACC circuit, there are provided a first multiplication circuit 101, second multiplication circuit 102, first low-pass filter circuit 103, burst-level detection circuit 104, comparison circuit 105, second low-pass filter circuit 106, clipping circuit 107 and APC(auto phase control) circuit 108.
