PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drive part from breaking down, when external force is locally applied to an acoustic emitting part and to keep reproducing operation without trouble in a loudspeaker device. SOLUTION: A drive force transmitting mechanism 32, filled with a fluid 42 or transmitting force in the vibrating direction of an acoustic emitting body 30, is inserted between the body 30 of an acoustic emitting part 31 supported by a loudspeaker frame 28 via an edge 29 and a drive part 35 for vibratingly driving this body 30 by an electrical signal. Thus, when an external force is applied locally from the body 30, the external force is uniformly transmitted to the part 35.
