SERVICE TYPE DEPENDENT SPEECH CHARGE CALCULATION SYSTEM AND ITS CALCULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a speech charge for each speech by each service (including a speech charge by each connection form) without the need for distributing speech charges by each service and by each speech connection form. SOLUTION: Outgoing/incoming call terminal companies are acquired from an input information storage disk device 71, and a connection form pattern 75 is extracted by a 1st table 72, then a service class and a communication type are acquired from the input information storage disk device 71. The acquired information and the connection form pattern 75 are fitted to a corresponding column of a 2nd table 73 to extract a charge calculation system pattern. Finally a distance block and a time zone block are acquired from the input information storage disk device 71 and the charge calculation system pattern acquired before is set to corresponding columns of a 3rd table 74 to calculate a speech charge of one speech by each calculation pattern on the basis of the information obtained from the 3rd table 74.
