PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of surely preventing a burglar even against a method using a slender tool. SOLUTION: At the time of inserting a slender tool or the like into a clearance between an opening/closing door 3 and a burglar preventing board 4, the intrusion of the inserted object can be prevented by a first auxiliary board 3b mounted on the lower edge of the opening/closing door 3 so as to be extended to the lower part. Also, when the first auxiliary board 3b is rotated, and the inserted object intrudes through the lower part, the intrusion of the inserted object can be prevented by a second auxiliary board 4b mounted on the lower edge of the burglar preventing board 4 so as to be extended to the lower part. At that time, when the second auxiliary board 4b of the burglar preventing board 4 is brought into contact with the back side of the opening/ closing door 3, the clearance between the opening/closing door 3 and the burglar preventing board 4 is completely closed by the second auxiliary board 4b so that the intrusion of the inserted object can be exactly prevented.
