PURPOSE: A treatment equipment of foreign material of food waste is provided, which can separate the foreign material from the food waste completely, thereby preventing any damage of equipments caused by foreign material that may occur at a sewage treating plant and treating food waste together with sewage. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a feeding chamber(10) that has a waste inlet(18) at the top, an overflow line(20) at the top of opposite side and a waste discharge hole(60) at a base plate(21); (ii) a treating chamber(12) in which a foreign material remover(24), a foreign material separator(26) and a scraper(28) are installed from top to down, above the remover(24) a water sprayer(70) with a spraying nozzle(68) is installed for washing sludge on the remover(24); (iii) a foreign material remover(24); (iv) a slurry discharge hopper(14); and (v) a foreign material discharge hopper(16) that has a screw de-watering device(72) for de-watering and discharging the sludge. |
