PURPOSE: Ramen containing herb medicines is provided to supplement nutrition with active components of herb medicines and to give unique taste of herb medicines to ramen. CONSTITUTION: The ramen is characterized by being provided with herb medicine premix and seasoning, wherein the herb medicine premix and seasoning can be mixed or separated. The herb medicine premix comprises one or more selected from licorice, Angelicae Giganis Radix, arrowroot, Astragali Radix, and Epidedii Herba, and is dried and ground. |
