PURPOSE: A complementary dish for diced radish kimchi for the fried chicken and its producing method are provided, thereby the diced radish kimchi has various color and good taste, and is presented with a good appearance, so that it meets the taste of modern people. CONSTITUTION: The diced radish kimchi having an appropriate size is colored by several coloring agents, and has various shapes such as regular hexahedron, polyhedron, cylinder, triangle pillar, square pillar, circle, oval, or stick shapes. The method for producing the diced radish kimchi comprises the steps of: cutting radish and dipping the cut radish in a salt solution(S1); dipping the radish in a solution containing other ingredients, coloring agents and/or spices for an appropriate time(S2); and equally mixing them and packaging it(S3). |
