IMMOBILIZED BIOREACTOR ENHANCED IN BIOREACTION RATE BY INCREASING DISSOLVED OXYGEN

PURPOSE: Provided is an immobilized bioreactor which is increased in dissolved oxygen of the bioreactor and remarkably enhanced in bioreaction rate by using suspended type media immobilizing microorganisms and a fine air bubble generator. CONSTITUTION: The immobilized bioreactor(4) comprises: i) an upper partition tank(10) and a lower partition tank(12) each having circulation rooms(14,16) are installed in the middle part of the bioreactor(4); ii) media rooms(6,8) containing suspended media are formed between the bioreactor(4) and the partition tanks(10,12); iii) incline plates(50) and inclination parts(52) are set in the bottom corners of the bioreactor(4) and underneath the lower partition tank(12); iv) an air generator(18) crushing wastewater mixed with air is equipped below the upper partition tank(10); and v) an impeller(20) crushes air bubbles into fine particles to promote dissolution of oxygen.
