PURPOSE: A bearing lubrication structure supplies lubricant oil smoothly without a large gear case or separate lubrication device for forced lubrication. CONSTITUTION: A worm gear shaft(3) which is an input shaft installed in a gear case(1) is engaged with a motor so as to be driven by the motor and to be engaged and to rotate with two-shaft worm wheel integrally. A two-shaft pinion sharing the same shaft with the two-shaft worm wheel is engaged with three-shaft gear to drive the three-shaft gear to transmit power outward via an output sprocket. Oil guiding grooves are formed on the gear case(1) to supply oil spattered by the three-shaft gear to an upper bearing when the three-shaft gear rotates to a normal direction or the a reverse direction. The bearing lubrication structure reduces noise, gives off heat generated from a bearing and extends endurance period. |
