PURPOSE: A method and a die for wrapping meat are provided to wrap meat without damaging the original outer shape of meat and to minimize the change of the layer structure of meat. CONSTITUTION: A meat wrapping method consists of cutting a lump of meat into unit packaged meat(10) of regular size and thickness; aligning unit packaged meat in a wrapping die(30) after spreading a wrapping sheet(40) for wrapping the entire unit packaged meat(10); wrapping the surface of unit packaged meat with the wrapping sheet; turning over the wrapping die on a floor in a state that meat(10) is put; and putting unit packaged meat in a wrapping box after removing the wrapping die from unit packaged meat. Herein, the wrapping die is turned over in a state of covering a support plate(50) on the surface of meat. Packaged meat is wrapped in the wrapping box with the support plate. Then the deformation of the meat is perfectly avoided and meat is prevented from being attached and frozen each other.
