DEVICE FOR PREVENTING COIL TELESCOPE OF HOOP WINDER

PURPOSE: A coil telescope preventive device is provided to safely fix a telescope generated on the external circumference of a coil by exactly winding both sides of a hoop by a guide disk. CONSTITUTION: Guide disks guiding both sides of an advancing hoop(200) are formed on a support rod installed between a tension reel and pinch rolls(120) for supporting the advancing hoop. A bar and a driving cylinder are formed on a side of a coil car. Thus, coil is transferred to the next process without the conduction of the coil by uniformly winding the coil. The hoop is guided by the guide disk for being uniformly wound around the tension reel regardless of the supported state of the end portion of the hoop. The conduction of the coil is prevented by a bar installed to the coil car for being raised toward the side of the coil.
