PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided which is appropriate for waste water reclamation and reusing system in local and wide areas by promptly treating a large amount of sewage and waste water near to clean water for reusing as life water, and protects water resource and preserves natural ecosystems by completely treating various sewage and waste water of individual building and area, excrements and animal waste water to less than 10 PPM based on BOD for reusing. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a sewage and waste water collecting vessel (1) in which the inflow of raw water is oxidized, dissolved and aerated by an ultrasonic oxidizing unit (27); a rapid settling separation unit (7), wherein the raw water supplied from the sewage and waste water collecting vessel (1) is chemically treated, foreign substances contained in the raw water are coagulated and settling separated, and the concentrated sludge is discharged; an oil/water separator (8) separating coagulated floats contained in the treated water first treated in the rapid settling separation unit (7); and an ozone reaction vessel (32) discharging the finally treated water after ozone oxidation treating the second treated water supplied from the oil/water separator (8).
