METHOD FOR PRODUCING ISOFLAVONE AGLYCONE

PURPOSE: A method for producing isoflavone aglycone is provided, which effectively produced isoflavone aglycone from soybean curd lees with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing isoflavone aglycone comprises the steps of: dipping soybean, grinding and filtering to obtain soybean filtrate; adding solidifying agent into the filtrate to precipitate soybean protein, filtrating and collecting the supernatant; adding a filtration adjuvant into the supernatant, filtering and collecting the filtrate; passing the filtrate through the adsorption resin or ultracentrifuge membrane to obtain a concentrated solution; spray drying or freeze drying the solution to produce isoflavone powder; dissolving the isoflavone powder into water; incubating Aspergillus sp. strain or Trichoderma sp. strain in the isoflavone powder solution to accumulate isoflavone aglycone in the fermented medium; and collecting the isoflavone aglycone from the fermented medium.
